You don’t need to know everything. You just need to know what matters." 💭❤️

“Technology is a gift, but it should never be our master.”

Today, almost every aspect of our lives is touched by technology—notifications, updates, deadlines, multitasking. And now, with the rise of artificial intelligence, we have tools that can write, analyze, plan, and even predict. The speed and power are incredible, but at times, overwhelming. Even Gen Z, who grew up in the digital world, often feel drowned by the flood of information.

But I remember the 90s, when life was simpler. There were no smartphones, no AI assistants. Just a notebook, quiet moments, and prayer. And it was in those moments that I learned: true peace does not come from knowing everything, but from deepening our relationship with God.

Technology and AI are powerful tools, but they should never dictate who we are or where our lives are headed. They are meant to serve us, not control us. That is why we must return to the basics—journaling, prayer, reflection. It is in these practices that we become grounded, find clarity, and hear God’s voice amidst the noise of the world.

👉 If you feel overwhelmed by the demands of technology and the speed of AI, pause. Write. Pray. Reflect. Let God remind you of your true purpose. Real wisdom is not found in faster internet or smarter machines, but in the presence of God. 🌟
