4. This platform is for members only. Sharing access with non-members is a violation of our trust agreement and may result in removal.

Payments & Billing

1. All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways (GCash, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card).
2. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
3. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime through your dashboard.
4. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial signup—no questions asked.

Confidentiality & Respect

1. All conversations, shared resources, and personal reflections within this platform are confidential.
2. Members are expected to respect each other’s privacy.
3. Do not share screenshots, recordings, or personal information outside the community.
4. This is a safe space—what’s shared here stays here.

Intellectual Property & Mentorship Tools

1. We may reference published works (e.g., books by John Maxwell) for educational and inspirational purposes only.
2. All rights to these works remain with their respective authors and copyright holders.
3. B&L Stratworks complies with applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines.
4. Our modules, guides, and workflows are original creations protected under Republic Act No. 8293.
5. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

No Copying, No Plagiarism

1. All content; modules, guides, and discussions are exclusive to members.
2. Copying, reposting, or repurposing any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. We honor originality and protect the work of every contributor.

Kindness in Communication

1. No bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated.
2. No bad words, hate speech, or offensive language—whether in public threads or private messages.

Legal Protection
